How it works
Describe your idea. Talk it through with the AI. It drafts a structured business plan that you can read, question and change.
Edit and publish. The plan is yours. When you are happy with it, publish it for others to read.
Build a team. People apply for the roles you need. You approve them, and each is offered an agreed percentage of the idea.
Equity vests as work is confirmed. Each confirmed milestone releases an equal share of what was agreed. SparkBoot records every step.
